Quality Control

High quality is at the core of GCL’s mission to bring the best products to its consumers. And it is only by adhering to our own strict standards of excellence that our consumer base has remained loyal to our brand and products. All the packaging, raw materials and finished goods undergo an extensive QC check before they create the “Gopal Experience”, i.e. a product unmatched in taste and quality.

​Our experience in testing the performance of perfumes, essential oils and aromatic chemicals make us the leaders in quality and flavour. Our labs are equipped with GCMS, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, Refractometer as well as various other analytical instruments and testing techniques.

After a rigorous and mechanised quality control, our material has to undergo a final level of quality check - through the nose and taste buds of our highly experienced and qualified Testers. Our Testers have been working in the industry for years and have a highly developed sense of taste and smell, making the strictest authority on the quality and taste of our products.

Our unwavering commitment to producing only the finest quality products has earned us ISO certifications on all our manufacturing units of branded packaged food products. Moreover, the quality of all our FMCG products are regularly monitored through the Product Quality Ratings Systems (PQRS).

Our non-compromising processes make sure that what we offer to our consumers is delightful and high quality on all fronts. It is because of our unflinching approach to producing better products that we have more than 50 quality product variants that have been produced and introduced on a commercial scale.

Research & Development

Years of thoughtful planning and execution has enabled us to follow our fundamental ideal of always pursuing and cultivating innovations that matter to the company’s growth as well as the society as a whole. Gopal Group has a sprawling R&D centre in Delhi, which is fully equipped with technical innovations and a highly qualified R&D team to develop products and solutions which give the company an admirable advantage over the competition. 

A big part of GCL’s strategy is dedicated to finding new methods and developing processes to come up with new and better products. This is what keeps the group’s R&D centre, and ultimately the final products, ahead in the market. Constant and immense support is ensured to the research and development teams to continually bring improvements in existing products and services, while innovations are accorded proper guidance and approvals according to merit.
